Abstract

O matriciamento tende a promover a integração e a interlocução entre o Centro de Atenção Psicossocial (Caps) e equipes da atenção básica, por incitar o compartilhamento de informações territoriais e ampliação do potencial resolutivo. O presente estudo objetiva relatar a experiência de matriciamento a partir da disciplina de Saúde Mental, oferecida pelo curso de Enfermagem da Universidade Federal do Pampa em 2011. A metodologia consistiu no relato de experiência dialógico-reflexivo. Foram constatados desafios e potencialidades durante o período de execução da disciplina, como a falta de qualificação profissional para atendimento do sujeito em sofrimento psíquico e a falta de comunicação entre Caps e Atenção Básica/Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF). No que respeita às potencialidades, destacaram-se a resolutividade no território e o trabalho em equipe. Assim sendo, enfatiza-se a relevância das disciplinas de saúde mental nos cursos de Graduação na área de saúde com foco no matriciamento, dada sua operatividade como fluxo e incitatória de conexão e ação dos atores sanitários, tendo em vista a possibilidade de interlocução entre ensino, serviço e comunidade, qualificando a assistência prestada à população.

The matricial tends to promote integration and dialogue between the Centre for Psychosocial Care (Caps) and primary care teams, by encouraging the sharing of information and territorial expansion of resolving potential. This study aims to report the experience of matricial from the discipline of Mental Health, Nursing Course offered by the Federal University of Pampa in 2011. The methodology consisted in reporting experience dialogical-reflective. Challenges and opportunities were highlighted during the execution of discipline, the lack of professional qualification for service of the subject in psychological distress and a lack of communication between Caps and Primary Care/Family Health Strategy (FHS). Regarding the potential stood out the resolution in the territory and teamwork. Therefore, we emphasize the relevance of mental health disciplines in undergraduate courses in healthcare with focus on matricial, given its operability as incitatória flow and connection of sanitary action and actors, taking into account the possibility of dialogue between teaching, and community service, describing the assistance provided to the population.
