O trabalho tem por objetivo examinar os jogos de linguagem que constituem a matemática presente nos materiais do Programa Escola Ativa (PEA). Tendo como aporte teórico o campo da etnomatemática, o material de pesquisa consiste nos Cadernos endereçados aos alunos e educadores. O material foi escrutinado seguindo a análise do discurso na perspectiva foucaultiana e apontou que os jogos de linguagem, se por um lado abordam situações da forma de vida rural, por outro, são sustentados por regras usualmente presentes na matemática escolar.
The study aims to examine the language games that constitute the mathematics materials present in the Active School Program ASP). Having as theoretical field of ethnomathematics, the research material consists of Books addressed to students and educators. The material was scrutinized following the analysis of discourse in Foucauldian perspective and pointed out that the language games on one hand, deal with situations in the form of rural life, on the other, are supported by rules usually present in school mathematics.
