Abstract

A utilização das técnicas da mão direita da trompa está muitas vezes associada a discórdia motivada pelas discrepâncias entre a notação musical e as técnicas que efectivamente o trompista terá que usar para executar o efeito pretendido pelo compositor. Neste artigo é feita uma abordagem histórica a esta problemática, sendo de seguida apresentadas algumas situações em que as técnicas de som bouché, som de eco, surdina, som cuivré e diferentes tipos de glissando são apresentadas de uma forma dúbia levando muitas vezes a diferentes interpretações.
