A psicomotricidade relacional com e sem coaching no treinamento de habilidades sociais em adolescentes

Abstract

Este estudo teve por objetivo analisar os efeitos da Psicomotricidade Relacional com e sem Coaching no desenvolvimento de um comportamento assertivo nos jovens adolescentes. Participaram do estudo quarenta e cinco sujeitos, distribuídos em três grupos formados aleatoriamente: um grupo com intervenção em Psicomotricidade Relacional; outro, com Psicomotricidade Relacional com Coaching e o grupo controle. Foram realizadas dez sessões com duração de setenta e cinco minutos cada, aplicadas semanalmente por modalidade, visando propiciar um maior autoconhecimento, melhoria nas relações sociais, pessoais e/ou profissionais e desenvolver um comportamento assertivo. A avaliação foi quanti-qualitativa, utilizou-se o Inventário de Habilidades Sociais Del-Prette e o método de Análise de Conteúdo. Os resultados quantitativos apontaram poucas diferenças entre o grupo controle e experimental no comportamento assertivo. Da análise qualitativa, percebeu-se mudanças no autoconhecimento, relacionamento, no espírito de equipe e em comportamentos socialmente habilidosos; ABSTRACT:This study aimed to analyze the effects of Relational Psychomotricity with and without Coaching of assertive behavior in young teenagers. Study participants were forty-five teenagers, divided into three groups randomly formed: a group with Relational Psychomotricity intervention, another with Relational Psychomotricity and Coaching, and the control group. Were held ten sessions lasting seventy-five minutes each, applied weekly by type, in order to provide a greater self-knowledge, improvement in social, personal and/or professional relationships and develop assertive behavior. The evaluation was qualitative and quantitative and used the Social Skills Inventory (HIS – DelPrette). The quantitative results indicated differences between the control and experimental group showing significance in assertive behavior. Qualitative analysis, were noticed changes in self-perception, in teamwork and socially skilled behavior. Qualitative data indicated that the intervention was satisfactory, generated benefits, with 76,92% approval for future applications.
