The aim of the present study is to highlight the importance of co-existence in the philosophy of Leonardo Polo and at the same time to show the hope that it bears. The extension of being through co-existence – for Polo, being and existing are identical – opens up unsuspected worlds. Here we draw only a partial sketch, since we focus on co-existence from the first part of Transcendental Anthropology, that is, from a methodical perspective. Therefore, we will dwell only on radical co-existence, without dealing with the typology of co-existence.
