Abstract

The development of views on the convergence and dominant principles in cerebral cortex activity is described in this paper. The modern conceptions of the stable and dynamic synaptic inflows converging on somatodendritic membrane of the same neuron are presented. Also the significance of excitation level for neuronal constellation simultaneous activity and the possibility of the activity traces fixation in the multisensory neuron chains are considered.
