Abstract

Abstract: Sustainable Development Goal number 10 addresses inequality and aims at reducing it. The chapter investigates the impact on inequality of the way in which we attribute a particular (private) law to legal relationships. In contract law, the law of property and corporate law, there are ways in which the connection between the law and the legal relationship can be reformed to reduce inequality.
