PROVENIENTS: Säilik (Tartu Ülikooli (Academia Gustaviana) depositsiooni nimestik 1632–1665) on pärgamentfragmenti köidetud eeldatavasti Tartus. 1710. a viidud koos ülikooli arhiiviga Rootsi Kuninglikku Raamatukokku; 1826. a tagastati see Riiga, kust jõudis taas Tartu ülikooli. Raamatukogule üle antud Tartu ülikooli arhiivist 1858. a
