Rettferdig fordeling : ressursforvaltning i helsevesenet

Abstract

Oppgaven tar for seg hvordan en kan komme fram til en rettferdig fordeling av ressurser i helsesektoren. Aristoteles ' rettferdighetssyn blir brukt som et utgangspunkt for en mulig tilnærming til hva rettferdighet er. Teksten har et kritisk blikk på utilitarisme som en egnet teori for fordeling av helsetjenester. Argumentasjonen går ut på at Rawls teori om rettferdighet som rimelighet egner seg bedre til dette formål. Videre blir det bemerket hvilke utfordringer liberalismen, inklusiv Rawls' rettferdighetsteori og utilitarismen, må forsvare i forhold til ansvar for egen helse og rett til helsehjelp.
