Este artículo recoge la documentación epigráfica sobre donaciones de estatuas en la Bética. A partir de este material se realiza un estudio de estas donaciones, analizando su coste, los diferentes tipos de estatuas erigidas (de ciudadanos, dioses, emperadores y grupos escultóricos), su distribución geográfica y cronológica, el status social de los evergetas, etc.

This paper gathers the epigraphic documents about gifts of statues in Baetica. From these data a study of these donations is accomplished, analysing the cost, the different types of statues erected (of citizens, gods, emperors, and sculptoric groups), its geographical and chronological distribution, the social status of spanish civic benefactors, etc.
