Abstract

The goal of neuroscientific is the understanding of the biological basis of learning, memory, behavior, perception, and consciousness. Those who study the memory use experiments with living body under controlled space, conditions and time. High-cost commercial software is required to analyze the images of body movements and obtain these metrics. Sometimes the cost is unaffordable for the neuroscientist. The goal of this project is to develop a non-commercial computer vision based software tool, which the researcher may use to obtain the necessary metrics.
