Aplicación del método shock pulse para detección de defectos en rodamientos

Abstract

Este proyecto se encuentra en el marco del mantenimiento predictivo y pretende comparar diferentes métodos para tratamiento de señales de vibración procedentes de rodamientos con distintos tipos de fallo, empezando por la conocida transformada de Fourier, para pasar después a métodos que permitan el tratamiento de señales no estacionarias como son la transformada de Hilbert-Huang o el redundant lifting scheme combinado con la transformada de Hilbert. Se pretende combinar estos métodos de tratamiento de señales con el método shock-pulse, técnica que permite determinar a partir de un único valor el estado de los rodamientos sin necesidad de interpretaciones más profundas de los resultados. En el proyecto se va a trabajar con señales de vibración obtenidas mediante el uso de acelerómetros en una máquina situada en la Escuela Politécnica Superior de la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. La obtención de dichas señales no forma parte del proyecto como tal, ya que fueron obtenidas en el desarrollo de un trabajo dirigido realizado por Iván Martínez Aldana. Disponemos de 4 tipos de rodamiento: rodamientos sin fallo, rodamientos con fallo en bola, rodamientos con fallo en la pista interna y rodamientos con fallo en la piste externa. Cada rodamiento se ha ensayado a 3 velocidades de giro diferentes: 10 Hz, 20 Hz y 30 Hz.
