Trading de mercados con IA Generativa

Abstract

ABSTRACT The emergence of artificial intelligence, considered the new technological revolution, offers new perspectives in the financial sector for the automation and optimization of investment strategies. This Bachelor's Thesis describes the development of an automated trading bot that operates with the BTC/USDT pair on Binance. It is a modular project, where each module is responsible for a specific function of the bot, with the goal of simulating the behavior of a professional trader. To gather information, the program is divided into two blocks. On one hand, one block retrieves historical and real-time data of the Bitcoin asset; on the other hand, a second block extracts current news and evaluates market sentiment. Subsequently, a generative AI analyzes and processes the previously obtained information and, based on its own criteria, autonomously executes buy/sell orders and pre-programmed trading strategies. The system architecture is based on concurrent threads, allowing parallel and efficient execution of the different tasks. The main thread runs every 4 hours and is responsible for collecting market data, coordinating AI decisions, and executing buy/sell orders. Meanwhile, the secondary threads manage the execution of various trading strategies, dynamically selected and configured by the AI according to market conditions. This concurrent approach enables the bot to quickly adapt to market changes and efficiently seize opportunities. Finally, to monitor the bot's performance, a Telegram interface has been integrated, allowing the user to control the system's execution from their mobile device. In conclusion, this project demonstrates the applicability of artificial intelligence in the financial field, offering a concrete example of integration between data analysis and automated trading, aimed at replicating the reasoning and operations of an expert human trader, and serving as a reference for similar future implementations.
