Lenguajes documentales y exclusión social

Abstract

Los lenguajes documentales deberían facilitar el acceso a la información a todos los usuarios estableciendo una estructura lógica y coherente que mejore su interacción con el sistema. Sin embargo el análisis de los Encabezamientos de materia de la biblioteca universitaria de Sevilla y de la Lista de encabezamientos de materia para las bibliotecas públicas evidencia que los criterios ideológicos prevalecen sobre los lógicos y que, además, estos criterios suponen una discriminación para determinados grupos sociales.
