First of all, this document specifies the main objectives and structure that will continue throughout it in order to give a general idea about the contents of the report, before an explanation in greater depth about the project. Below, the main reasons of selection and realization of this final degree project are presented. The reasons which motivated me and influenced to carry out this project were, mainly, to have the opportunity to learn how to develop my own web application, taking into account the knowledge received during my educative training. On the other hand, there are several reasons why I decided to do this implementation based on the tourism sector. This is justified by a historical summary which mentions the main events that encouraged its creation and certain features to consider. In the history of humanity, there has always been a social desire to escape temporarily from everything. The main reason would be leaving the everyday environment without worrying too much about where to go. Preferably, it’s always better to choose a more pleasant environment than the one that envelops the own daily routine. Therefore, in the case of the tourism, this reason constitutes the base of the wish to travel and includes the creation of a necessity.
