Abstract

El objeto del presente Proyecto Fin de Carrera consiste en dotar a un conjunto de viviendas familiares de nueva construcción de una infraestructura común de telecomunicaciones, aplicando la normativa técnica recogida en el Real Decreto 346/2011, de 11 de Marzo, que permita a los usuarios acceder a los servicios de telecomunicación ofrecidos por los diferentes operadores de telecomunicaciones. El papel que desempeña una infraestructura común de telecomunicaciones en un inmueble es de vital importancia, pues evita aglomeraciones de cables que puedan desembocar en una pérdida de calidad de los servicios transmitidos, a la vez que facilita, en gran medida, el despliegue de nuevos servicios y el mantenimiento de los antiguos. Gracias a la instalación de una infraestructura común de telecomunicaciones, se garantiza el derecho de los usuarios a acceder a las distintas ofertas de servicios de telecomunicación, al no existir barrera física entre la vivienda y la red del operador para contratar los servicios deseados. El Proyecto contiene las especificaciones técnicas que ha de cumplir toda infraestructura común de telecomunicaciones para soportar el despliegue de los servicios de telecomunicación habituales, tales como telefonía básica y telecomunicaciones de banda ancha, radiodifusión sonora y televisión terrestre y por satélite, implantados en la mayoría de la sociedad. The purpose of this Project is to design the provision of a so-called common telecommunications infrastructure to a set of new-construction family dwellings, applying the technical standards contained in Royal Decree 346/2011 of March 11th, which allows users access to telecommunication services offered by various telecom operators. The role of a common telecommunications infrastructure in a building is vital, because it avoids clumps of wires that could lead to transmission service quality loss, while facilitating the deployment of new services and maintenance of old ones. Thanks to the installation of a common telecommunications infrastructure, the right of users to access different service offers is guaranteed by removing any physical barrier between the home and the network operator to engage the desired services. The project contains the technical specifications to be met by all common telecommunications infrastructure to support the deployment of the common services, such as basic telephony and broadband telecommunications, radio and terrestrial television and satellite telecommunications services.
