Modelización de impactos de material compuesto contra célula de carga

Abstract

En el presente trabajo fin de grado se han desarrollado dos modelos numéricos correspondientes a un modelo completo y otro simplificado donde se hace impactar lajas de material compuesto de dimensiones 81x42 mm2 y 2.4 mm de espesor y de secuencia de laminado (+45/-45/0/90/90/0)s. Este material está formado por doce láminas y se recrea de varias formas, introduciendo diferente cantidad de elementos cohesivos, en concreto de cero, uno y tres. Para ambos modelos se utilizan velocidades de lanzamiento del proyectil que varían desde 100 hasta 150 m/s pasando por 120, 130 y 140. Para analizar el impacto se ha procedido a realizar los modelos numéricos de elementos finitos en Abaqus/Explicit, modelos que más adelante serán explicados con detalle. Los impactos realizados se utilizarán para analizar las fuerzas provocadas por el material compuesto, se observará la secuencia del impacto y la erosión del material compuesto. Finalmente se compararán los resultados obtenidos entre ambos modelos (completo y simplificado), además de graficar la evolución de los valores de fuerza para cada velocidad y ver cómo varía los resultados en función de estos parámetros (fuerza y velocidad). Tras la obtención de estos datos y las comparaciones entre los modelos se comprobarán la validez de ambos modelos extrayendo las conclusiones más importantes. Ingeniería Mecánica
