Abstract

El presente proyecto busca estudiar la formación de aglomerados en combustores de lechos fluidizados, para ello es necesario reproducir el comportamiento de dichos aglomerados, así que se ha decidido hacer esto mediante la inyección de agua en el seno del lecho. Se ha creído conveniente hacer esta reproducción mediante la inyección de agua, ya que en otras investigaciones se ha determinado que las señales y los resultados que arrojan este tipo de ensayos son muy similares pero menos costosos y más fáciles de realizar, que si las reproducciones experimentales se hicieran con otros métodos. Primero que nada, es necesario determinar un estado inicial, para ello se hace una caracterización del comportamiento de un lecho fluidizado en seco. Posteriormente se procede a inyectar agua en el interior del lecho, con la peculiaridad de que en los diferentes ensayos que se van a realizar se introducen diferentes volúmenes de agua con distintos tiempos de inyección. Esto se hace para simular varios escenarios con el objetivo de ver si el lecho presenta un comportamiento característico en cada escenario o por el contrario, ver si tiene un comportamiento general, independientemente del volumen o del tiempo de inyección. Para este estudio se ha decidido analizar tanto las señales de presión como las señales de temperatura y humedad relativa mediante el programa informático de MATLAB.
