Abstract

En este Proyecto Fin de Carrera se plantea el estudio y el desarrollo de un túnel de viento de ciclo cerrado y con sección de ensayos cerrada para una posible implantación en un laboratorio educativo. Por un lado, se plantea un diseño innovador para mejorar el flujo en un túnel de viento. Este diseño trata de evitar bordes esquinados que puedan provocar partículas de flujo turbulento. También se tiene en cuenta las dimensiones del mismo para garantizar una instalación en un laboratorio de términos educativos. Así mismo, se introducen deflectores de una sola pieza, para una reducción del coste del túnel de viento, un propulsor comercial y se buscan materiales resistentes, adaptables y de bajo coste para la fabricación del túnel de viento. Para corroborar el éxito de este diseño, se implementa un estudio en 2D del desarrollo del flujo a través de los conductos del propio túnel de viento. Se realizan análisis de velocidades, temperaturas, presiones y turbulencias. Los análisis generan buenos resultados con una gran fiabilidad para el uso de esta herramienta de estudio, como es el túnel de viento. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This Master Thesis proposes the study and development of a closed circuit wind tunnel with a closed test section for possible implementation in educational laboratory. On one hand, there is an innovative design to improve the flow in the wind tunnel. This design is cornered edges to prevent particles that may cause turbulent flow. It also takes into account the dimensions to ensure the installation in an educational laboratory. Likewise, one-piece corner vans are introduced for a cost reduction of the wind tunnel, a commercial propeller and resistant, portable and low cost materials are sought for manufacturing the wind tunnel. To confirm the success of this design, a 2D flow development throughout the ducts of the wind tunnel study is implemented. Tests are performed speeds, temperatures, pressures and turbulence. The analysis generates good results with high reliability for the use in this of this tool of study, as is the wind tunnel. Ingeniería Técnica en Mecánica
