Técnicas ciegas de detección para sistemas MIMO

Abstract

Los sistemas MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) han surgido como un nuevo paradigma dentro del ámbito tecnológico de las comunicaciones inalámbricas, prometiendo dar respuesta a la necesidad creciente de altas velocidades de trasferencia de datos junto con una mayor eficiencia espectral de transmisión. La desventaja de estos sistemas es su mayor complejidad de procesamiento digital y la multiplicación de los recursos hardware de radiofrecuencia. A lo largo de este proyecto proporcionamos una visión general de los sistemas de comunicaciones MIMO, destacando aquellas características que les diferencian de los sistemas tradicionales de comunicaciones inalámbricas. Posteriormente nos centramos en el análisis de un conjunto de técnicas lineales de detección para receptores MIMO, tanto semiciegas como ciegas, ya presentadas por distintos investigadores, lo que nos ayuda al desarrollo de una nueva técnica lineal ciega de detección que mejore algunas características. Adicionalmente, proponemos una técnica de ordenación y sincronización temporal de flujos de datos detectados para estos sistemas. Llevamos también a cabo un conjunto de pruebas sobre estos algoritmos mediante simulaciones numéricas para evaluar su rendimiento comparado. Finalmente, exponemos las conclusiones del trabajo realizado y proponemos futuras líneas de trabajo que pueden ser abordadas.
