Diseño de aplicación informática para docencia en diagnosis de defectos de rodamientos

Abstract

Este proyecto fin de carrera se centra en la gran importancia de los rodamientos en los sistemas mecánicos. Se ha realizado un modelado del banco de ensayo de vibraciones en rodamientos, perteneciente a la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, denominado BR-2, con el fin de utilizarlo como modelo virtual para futuros estudios de mejora. Para dicho modelado se ha empleado el paquete de software de CAD/CAM/CAE 3D paramétrico e integrado, denominado Pro Engineer Wildfire 5.0, en el que se realizó el modelado de todos los elementos que componen el sistema, se han realizado animaciones cinemáticas y el explosionado de subsistemas. A partir de este modelado detallado del banco, se ha realizado también una aplicación didáctica, que pretende servir de herramienta de aprendizaje orientada a posibles prácticas con este banco, que muestren las capacidades, utilidad e importancia de este tipo de ensayos. En esta aplicación no sólo se muestran todos los subsistemas del banco y su funcionamiento, sino también una introducción teórica a todo lo que rodea a este tipo de ensayos como son las vibraciones, los rodamientos, el mantenimiento, etc. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This degree Project is based in the great importance of the bearings for the mechanical systems. For this reason has been created a didactic application in order to train the students in the defects diagnosis through the vibration analysis. Through this application are followed all the bench test subsystems and its operating as well as a theoretical introduction around this knowledge kinds necessaries for the correct management of this system. In this document is explained the information obtained in the application, which is using to develop the training process above mentioned. In order to contribute a visual reinforcement and help for the student to get a better knowledge about the bench test (before and during the system handling) has been realized a modelling of the vibration bench test in bearings. Currently, this bench test, denominated BR-2, is located in the Universidad Carlos III, Madrid. For the modelling of the different system elements has been used the parametric and integrated CAD/CAM/CAE 3D Software Pack, denominated Pro Engineer Wildfire 5.0.
