Abstract

El presente proyecto trata, como objetivo principal, el modelado y simulación de sistemas de rodamiento empleando el software MSC.Adams incluyendo defectos de geometría diversa en sus pistas de rodadura. Para la consecución del objetivo principal se ha realizado el análisis cinemático y dinámico de un rodamiento genérico de anillo exterior fijo y establecimiento de las condiciones que regirán nuestros modelos de rodamiento. También se ha realizado un breve estudio del comportamiento vibratorio de los rodamientos con defectos localizados y modelo de señales de vibración para rodamientos. Se realiza el modelado y posterior simulación de modelos multi‐cuerpo de rodamiento, todos ellos basados en un rodamiento de nueve cilindros de geometría libre sobre el que se incluyen distintos tipos de defectos en ambas pistas de rodadura a distintas velocidades. Por último, se efectúa la comparativa de los resultados obtenidos de las diversas simulaciones realizadas con los dos modelos de rodamiento. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
