Biodigestor anaerobio de laboratorio

Abstract

_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This project is based on the design and construction of a laboratory anaerobic digester and its implementation and practical application by conducting an experiment which analyzed the production of biogas during the digestion at different temperatures in concrete at 25°C, 30ºC and 35ºC. This has determined the influence of temperature on the quality and quantity of produced biogas, and its influence on other parameters. For this have been made a series of 4 experiments in which several parameters as pH, COD, phosphorus and nitrogen content and volume of biogas produced, among others, were monitored. This case study will serve as proof of proper functioning of the digester, and in turn serve itself as a study of the production of biogas digesters at different temperatures conditions. Thereby, the project will serve as a guide for building similar digesters, as well as a manual for proper use, with recommendations and tips. Furthermore, the conclusions obtained in the experiments, will serve for further testing. On the other hand, are present possible future experiments and applications, so serving not only the digester for this project but for future uses and applications of it. Ingeniería Industrial
