Abstract

Divan şairlerinin din ve devlet büyüklerini övmek amacıyla kaleme aldıkları kasidelerde sıkça doğa unsurlarını ilham kaynağı olarak kullandıkları bilinmektedir. Şairler, özellikle kelime redifli kasidelerde, redif olarak seçtikleri unsurları türlü sanatlar yoluyla övdükleri kişiler ile ilişkilendirerek şiirlerini kurarlar. Bu açıdan seçilen motifin, o şiirin hareket noktasını oluşturduğu söylenebilir. Gök cisimleri (güneş, ay, yıldızlar...), çiçekler (gül, gonca, nergis, lale, yasemin, erguvan...), deniz ve akarsular, kuşlar (bülbül, tûtî, keklik, anka, simurg, hüma, kaknus...), ağaçlar (servi, tuba...) divan şairlerinin şiirlerine konu edindikleri doğa unsurlarının başında gelir. Divan şairinin şiirlerinde yer verdiği tabiatla ilgili unsurlarından biri de şüphesiz "su"dur. Farsçada "âb", Arapçada ise "mâ" kelimeleriyle karşılanan "su" motifinin Divan şairleri için farklı çağrışımlara kapı açan bir unsur olduğu görülmektedir. Hayretî, 16. Yüzyıl Vardar Yenicesi şairlerindendir. Rumeli coğrafyası içerisinde yer alan Vardar Yenicesi, şiirlerinde pek çok ortak özellik bulunan Hayalî, Usulî, Yusuf-ı Sîneçâk, Aşkî, Derunî, Garibî, Günahî gibi şairler yetiştirmesinden ötürü edebiyat tarihi açısından önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu makalede, Hayretî'nin Kanuni Sultan Süleyman'a sunduğu "âb" redifli kasidesi incelenerek bu kasideden hareketle Divan şiirinde "âb" motifinin bir methiye unsuru olarak nasıl yer aldığı belirlenmeye çalışılacaktır. Kasidede "âb" motifinin hangi özellikleriyle konu edildiği, kurulan tamlamalar, ilişkilendirildiği sanatlar ortaya konulacak; böylelikle Divan şiirinde "âb" motifinin yeri, seçilen kaside metninden yola çıkılarak tespit edilecektir
