Summary of the findings of the master plan background studies and proposals for future land use, traffic circulation and community facilities. Combining the findings of the studies of Physical Characteristics, Land Use, Population and Housing and Transportation, this report suggests both future planning proposals and a method for their implementation. Within the proposals for future land use are contained seven residential districts, three commercial districts and two types of industrial districts. The circulation plan is concentrated on expanding the existing network of collector roads within the township to form a more complete network of traffic circulation. The facilities plan represents a comprehensive analysis of existing community facilities and suggests additional facilities and open space proposals.
