Abstract

Una mirada a la evolución y transformación del derecho penal español desde el texto de la Dictadura hasta las últimas reformas de 2022. Cambio de paradigma y contexto internacional. Del Derecho penal mínimo al derecho penal máximo. Del “viejo y bueno Derecho penal liberal” al nuevo populismo punitivo de ideología neo-conservadora. Incremento de la severidad penológica. Pérdida de los valores ilustrados: hechos y razones.
