Abstract

El presente artículo analiza el contenido con que en el ámbito del procedimiento administrativo sancionador de la competencia la jurisprudencia comunitaria ha configurado el derecho a la presunción de inocencia reconocido y garantizado en el artículo 48 de la Carta de los derechos Fundamentales de la Unión Europea.
