Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan desain eksperimental paralel acakdilaksanakan, di di Lakespra dr Saryanto TNI AU, dan pemeriksaan dilakukan di LaboratoriumDepartemen Biokimia dan Biologi Molekuler Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia.Tikus dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok. Kelompok Kontrol ; yang tidak menjalani paparan perlakuanhipoksia dan Kelompok 1,2,3 dan 4 ; yang mengalami paparan hipoksia hipobarik intermitten 1jam setiap harinya selama ; 7 hari (kelompok 1), 14 hari (kelompok 2), 21 hari (kelompok 3) dan28 hari (kelompok 4). Selanjutnya naik dengan tekanan hipobarik 523 mmHg setara 10.000 kakikecepatan kaki/menit. Dan diberikan perlakuan hipoksia hipobarik pada ketinggian 10.000 kakiselama 1 jam setiap harinya.Pengaruh tekanan udara 523 mmHg setara ketinggian 10.000 kakipada para penerbang dapat beresiko secara fisiologis maupun patologis pada organ tubuhyang memerlukan oksigen. Adanya perlakuan hipoksia hypobarik menyebakan terekspresinyaprotein HIF-1α kemudian terjadi stress oksidatif HHI meningkatkan respon pembentukan enzimantioksidan pada jaringan hati dan kenyataan ini terlihat dari adanya keseimbangan antara HIF1αdan NRF-2 sel hati.Hasil temuan penelitian, terbukti bahwa paparan tekanan udara 523 mmHgsecara intermiten telah meningkatkan ekspresi HIF1α dan ekspresi NRF-2 pada hati.
