PENGARUH PERCEIVED USEFULNESS, PERCEIVED EASE OF USE, DAN PERCEIVED RISK TERHADAP LOYALTY INTENTION

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi dalam sistem pembayaran menggeser peranan uang tunai sebagai alat pembayaran ke dalam bentuk pembayaran non-tunai yang lebih ekonomis. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) memprediksi perilaku konsumen dalam pengambilan keputusan niat penggunaan suatu teknologi terkait sistem pembayaran. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi niat penggunaan, salah satunya adalah manfaat persepsian, kemudahan persepsian, dan risiko persepsian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh manfaat persepsian, kemudahan persepsian, dan risiko persepsian terhadap niat penggunaan kartu ATM/debit Gerbang Pembayaran Nasional (GPN). Pada penelitian ini, pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster sampling dengan beberapa kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Berdasarkan proses pemilihan sampel dapat diperoleh 91 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi angkatan tahun 2017-2020 di Universitas Bangka Belitung yang menjadi sampel. Metode pengumpulan data adalah metode angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa manfaat persepsian dan kemudahan persepsian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat penggunaan. Risiko persepsian tidak memiliki pengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap niat penggunaan. Penelitian selanjutnya harus menambah variabel lain untuk mendapatkan perbedaan dari penelitian ini. Selain itu, penelitian selanjutnya harus menggunakan sampel yang lebih banyak dan memperluas lingkup penelitian.
