Una política del arte : interrumpir las coordenadas "normales" de la experiencia sensorial

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo explorar la relación entre el arte y la política, en planteamientos artísticos que han asumido el cuerpo como centro de construcción y expresión, y cuya reflexión busca hacer de éste el eje articulador y posibilitador de trasformaciones sociales. Se aborda desde los análisis de tres casos de estudio, seleccionados porque permiten analizar dimensiones específicas de dicho tema: la danza Butoh (que emerge tras la II Guerra Mundial en el Japón), el Colegio del Cuerpo (constituido en 1997 en Cartagena de Indias, Colombia), y varias obras de la artista Regina José Galindo (activa desde los años 1990 en Guatemala). La construcción del marco teórico se abordó desde los planteamientos de los filósofos Jacques Rancière, Theodor Adorno, Michel de Certeau, Walter Benjamin, Michel Foucault, entre otros; así como desde trabajos de teóricos del arte latinoamericano como Anna Longoni y Mario Molano. Sus aproximaciones al trabajo estético y su relación con la política permiten sentar las bases para el análisis de acciones políticas que toman recursos del arte con el propósito de transformar espacios sociales. ; Politólogo (a) ; Pregrado
