El museo, el montaje, el misterio

Abstract

El texto se dividirá en tres partes. En la primera parte hablaremos del concepto de museo a través de una constelación de autores que lo han entendido de una forma teóricamente expandida. En la segunda parte intentaremos un montaje entre cuatro lugares emblemáticos (una colección privada, una pinacoteca, una cueva, un museo) relatados por un autor chileno y apátrida (Raúl Ruiz); un argentino tendido entre el lado de acá y aquello de allá (Julio Cortázar); un cineasta-viajero alemán (Werner Herzog) y el cineasta-compilador de la serie, errante, de las Elegías (Alexander Sokurov), que se caracterizan todos por las roturas de fronteras, límites, contenciones. En la tercera parte intentaremos un montaje de los materiales discutidos a lo largo del texto en una tabla inspirada a las del Atlas Mnemosyne, de Aby Warburg donde las sugestiones elaboradas en el texto se “abrirán” a una constelación de imágenes.
