Abstract

A CONSCIENTIOUS and dedicated teacher must have the interests of his students in mind at all times. A teacher must constantly search for ways to help students succeed at their learning tasks. As a middle school mathematics teacher I feel a strong need to look for ways to help my students succeed in and enjoy mathematics.
