RevisiÓN SistemÁTica Sobre la CertificaciÓN del Producto Software

Abstract

La calidad del software esta adquiriendo durante los ultimos anos una gran importancia por la necesidad creciente de asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas informaticos que cada vez estan presentes en mas ambitos de nuestra vida. Este interes por la calidad ha estado centrado principalmente en los procesos que se siguen para el desarrollo del software, surgiendo certificaciones bajo normas como CMMI o ISO/IEC 15504. Sin embargo, cada dia es mayor la preocupacion por la calidad del propio producto software y no solo por la de los procesos que se utilizan para su desarrollo. De esta manera, han surgido normas como la familia ISO/IEC 25000, que definen un modelo de calidad y un proceso de evaluacion para el producto. A pesar de ello, son menos extendidas las certificaciones que tomen como objeto el propio producto software y permitan asegurar el cumplimiento por parte de este de un conjunto de requisitos. En este sentido, la presente revision sistematica tiene por objetivo identificar las iniciativas existentes sobre la certificacion de los productos software, las caracteristicas que presentan y el estado de madurez en su aplicacion.
