Musicoterapia en Educación Especial

Abstract

La Musicoterapia en nuestro país está haciéndose hueco como terapia complementaria en el trabajo con personas con discapacidad psíquica, física y sensorial; en pacientes con problemas médicos, neurológicos, geriatría, etc. Veremos ejemplos de la utilización de la música como herramienta terapéutica en las distintas culturas y a través de la historia, distintos centros en la Comunidad de Madrid donde se trabaja con Musicoterapia, así como la metodología de trabajo utilizada y ejemplos de distintas técnicas. Unas experiencias prácticas sobre su uso en Educación Especial y un caso clínico concluyen el artículo.(pp. 129-141)
