Teofanías en el arte prehistórico de estilo levantino de la península ibérica ¿Se representó lo sagrado en el arte rupestre levantino?

Abstract

Propuesta e hipótesis de trabajo para considerar como escenas sagradas en el Arte Rupestre Levantino (ARL) a cinco grandes conjuntos: Arroyo Hellín (Jaén), Cerro Barbatón (Letur, Albacete), Solana de las Covachas (Albacete), El Milano (Murcia) y Racó dels Sorellets (Alicante). Los personajes que intervienen en esas cuevas, humanos y animales, junto a su actitud y sus gestos, denotan que son seres ajenos al mundo cotidiano y profano, y que se mueven separados de toda actividad venatoria, bélica o doméstica.
