Intermedialidad, viajes y aprendizajes.

Abstract

El siglo XIX argentino generó diversos textos literarios y teatrales que fueron considerados, con el paso del tiempo y su consolidación en el campo cultural, social y político de la Argentina, como ficciones fundacionales. Estas fueron escritas por los autores canónicos decimonónicos del periodo romántico rioplatense: Echeverría, Mármol, Mitre, Sarmiento, Hernández, Gutiérrez, Podestá, entre otros. A más de dos siglos de su escritura, la escena contemporánea de Buenos Aires vuelve sobre estas textualidades a fin de proponer desvíos temáticos y procedimentales a partir de una estrategia fundamental: la intermedialidad. Con el objeto de dar cuenta de estas resignificaciones y profanaciones que las artes escénicas realizan sobre la literatura del pasado, en este artículo nos concentraremos en el análisis de dos obras teatrales argentinas que retoman La cautiva, de Echeverría y Martín Fierro, de Hernández: Las cautivas (2021), de Mariano Tenconi Blanco y Desertoras (2021) de Nicole Kaplan, Violeta Marquis, Camila Tabet y Sol Zaragozi.
