Personalidad y delitos sexuales

Abstract

Se realizó una investigación con el objetivo principal de relacionar el patrón clínico de personalidad y tipo de delito en presuntos agresores sexuales de una institución pública. La metodología fue descriptiva correlacional con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental retrospectivo transversal; en la que se obtuvo información de fuente secundaria mediante revisión documental de los informes psicológicos periciales y los respectivos resultados del Inventario Clínico Multiaxial de Millon-III que fueron realizados por los peritos de turno. De acuerdo al análisis inferencial se encontró que la mayor prevalencia respecto al cometimiento del delito sexual es en violación (51%), seguido del delito de abuso sexual (38%) y el delito de acoso sexual (11%). A su vez en cuanto a los patrones clínicos de personalidad se encontró un predominio del patrón evitativo 11% (en casos de violación) y 9% (abuso sexual); además 11% presentan patrón de personalidad esquizoide relacionado con el delito de violación y 3% patrón de personalidad compulsivo relacionado con acoso sexual. Concluyendo que se evidencian patrones de personalidad en cada presunto agresor sexual, indistintamente de la tipología delictiva, por tanto, dicho patrón no conduciría al accionar delictivo.
