This study aims to produce a decision support system that can be used as a tool to find information on employee promotions that are applied through the office of an educational quality assurance agency. The method used for profile matching is a dynamic component which means that there is an optimal level of indicator variables that must be met by the subject under study. This research produces a calculation method using the profile matching method by determining each criterion's weight, then grouping or dividing the criteria into core factors and secondary factors which finally produce the total number of all, and then ranking. This system was built with the PHP programming language using Xampp.
