Abstract

Musik sebagai ilmu pengetahuan terus berkembang dan menghasilkan berbagai teori. Secara umum, teori musik adalah studi tentang praktik bermusik dan potensi yang dihasilkan melalui musik, yang dapat ditransfer dari pengajar kepada murid melalui pendidikan. Teori-teori ini berkembang dalam konteks kebudayaan dan ilmu pendidikan musik, berdasarkan psikologi perilaku dan kognitif, untuk menentukan cara belajar siswa agar tercapai efektivitas pembelajaran. Buku Teori-Teori Pembelajaran Musik hadir untuk memberikan wawasan, informasi, dan penjelasan teoretis, serta konseptual tentang praktik pembelajaran musik dari waktu ke waktu. Buku ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh berbagai kalangan, termasuk pengajar, instruktur, jurnalis, peneliti, penulis, hingga tim pengembangan kurikulum di bidang musik. Dengan harapan, penguasaan teori-teori musik ini akan memengaruhi pengetahuan dan tindakan para edukator musik, terutama dalam menghadapi perkembangan zaman.
