Alterações cinemáticas tridimensionais na articulação do quadril de pacientes submetidos à artroplastia total de quadril durante a deambulação

Abstract

Introdução: A análise da marcha é o instrumento mais utilizado para avaliar as alterações biomecânicas associadas à indicação da Artroplastia Total de Quadril (ATQ). Objetivo: Avaliar a cinemática tridimensional da articulação do quadril e os parâmetros espaço-temporais, durante a deambulação, em pacientes submetidos à ATQ e comparar seu padrão de marcha com o dos indivíduos sadios. Métodos: Dois grupos foram formados: o grupo 1, experimental, constituído de nove pacientes que realizaram ATQ, todos via anterolateral, e o grupo 2, controle, composto por quatro indivíduos saudáveis. Realizou-se análise tridimensional computadorizada da marcha dos participantes. Os dados cinemáticos de 12 ciclos de marcha de cada paciente foram comparados com o grupo controle e analisados estatisticamente por meio de comparação de intervalos de confiança de 95%. Resultados: Alterações significantes (p 0,05) nos três planos de movimento dos quadris estudados foram encontradas. Conclusão: Houve diferença linear e angular quando comparada a cinemática tridimensional da articulação do quadril protetizado e não protetizado dos indivíduos no grupo ATQ com os do grupo controle.
