Abstract

In this work there appear the determining ones of the cognitive therapy inside the legal contexts and current professionals of the psychotherapy in Spain and in Europe. Author presents also some contributions about the past, the present and the future of the cognitive therapy, as well as of the centrality of the problem of the meaning.
