Bakat Halal di Malaysia: Analisis Kajian Bibliometrik

Abstract

Bakat halal di Malaysia menjadi tulang belakang dalam pemerkasaan halal di peringkat industri. Namun, kajian dalam bakat halal masih tidak banyak ditelusuri lagi. Justeru, kajian ini mengkaji penulisan bakat halal yang ada dalam Malaysia dalam tempoh satu dekad. Kajian ini menggunakan analisis bibliometrik terhadap artikel-artikel yang ditemui berdasarkan dua pangkalan data iaitu Scopus dan MyCite. Pencarian menggunakan kata kunci “halal talent”, “halal executive”, “halal auditor”, “halal manpower”, “halal worker", “halal manager, “halal officer" dan “halal operator”. Daripada jumlah 257 artikel yang ditemui, hanya sembilan (9) artikel sahaja yang membincangkan berkenaan bakat halal di Malaysia berdasarkan ciri-ciri yang ditetapkan. Journal of Islamic Marketing menerbitkan artikel yang paling banyak dalam kajian ini. Kajian juga menemui bahawa Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) mempunyai penulisan artikel yang paling banyak dan Jimat Jaya Sdn Bhd merupakan satu-satunya organisasi yang mewakili pihak industri dalam penulisan makalah ilmiah ini. Dengan menggunakan VOSviewer, hasil analisis kata kunci mendapati kajian berkenaan bakat halal banyak menyentuh penilaian tahap pengetahuan dan sikap bakat halal sedia ada yang terdapat dalam sektor makanan. Kajian akan datang boleh dilakukan dengan pencarian yang dikembangkan kepada pangkalan data yang lain dan kajian terhadap bakat halal di peringkat antarabangsa.
