Uncontrolled animals and their ectoparasites can potentially be infected with pathogens of especially dangerous natural focal infections, which constitutes a certain threat to the human population, that is, to the epizootic and epidemiological well-being of a particular region and the country as a whole. Therefore, strict control over the observance of all quarantine measures is necessary to prevent the delivery of any species of animals infected with natural focal infections to new territories.
