Skegness TEC, Wainfleet Road, Lincolnshire: Archaeological Evaluation Report

Evaluation by trial-trenching The archaeological features recorded in Trench 4 were a ditch and a pit or ditch terminal. They are undated but their alignment suggests a pre-medieval date. Considering their form and the lack of artefacts and ecofacts, it is therefore likely that the remains of a pre-medieval field system exists on the Site.
