Abstract

El turismo es un sector productivo de servicios con fuerte presencia en las economías regionales, estratégico para el desarrollo de la actividad económica, el empleo y la generación de divisas. Sus actividades características representan el 4,9% del Valor Agregado Bruto (VAB), 6% del empleo total y alrededor del 7% de las exportaciones de bienes y servicios.
