Here are the main codes and data for a paper to be published as: Wang, H., Ciais, P., Sitch, S., et al. Anthropogenic disturbance exacerbates resilience loss in the Amazon rainforests (Under review). We share codes for transparency and to demonstrate the application of SHAP analysis using machine learning. The raw data formatted as .csv are required to compute SHAP results and are stored at Zenodo 10.5281/zenodo.7767086; The raw datasets used to calculate TAC(an indicator of resilience), the final results of TAC and the datasets used in SHAP analysis can be found in 10.5281/zenodo.7767086; Original data are all shared with public links in the paper. We are happy to answer your questions! Contact: Jean-Pierre Wigneron (jean-pierre.wigneron@inrae.fr)
