This article discusses the introduction of the concept of communication into the general complex of museum science and museum practice, the style of a communicative approach to this field, the development of communicative perceptions in museum science, the role of social communication in the aesthetic formation of personality in the field of artistic culture, modern museum pedagogy. The museum staff scientifically illuminate, on the basis of visual evidence, ways of forming a target audience, forms of communication with visitors, constantly working with them, depending on the level of preparation of visitors to understand the language they speak in history, culture and time.
