Bewertung von Ackerbohne und Erbse als Futtermittel

Bewertung von Ackerbohne und Erbse als Futtermittel

Abstract

In Germany, a large proportion of the protein feed requirement is still covered by imported soya, especially in pig and poultry feed. Most of the soya is imported from the USA, Argentina and Brazil and is genetically modified. Grain legumes such as field bean and grain pea, along with rapeseed extraction meal, have the potential to at least partially replace soybean extraction meal (SES) in feed rations for pigs, poultry and cattle.
