The paper presents some aspects of modeling of Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) in general and particular for pedagogical rehabilitation in special education. The challenges in CPS modeling are described. Model – based design of CPS in ten steps from the literature is given. Some specificity of modeling CPS for pedagogical rehabilitation in special education are discussed and description of training process from a linear control system point of view is given.
