Russia: Leningrad, Moscow and Ulyanovsk provinces, Crimea, Krasnodar Territory, Amur Province and Primorsky Territory. Europe, Turkey, Japan, N America. HOSTS. Endoparasitoid of many leafminers moths from the families Coleophoridae and Gracillariidae, miner weevils of the genus Rhynchaenus and leafminer flies of the family Agromyzidae.
